Patient Information

We prefer that you make an appointment in advance to make sure a doctor is here when you come. However, we do accept walk-ins anytime a doctor is scheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us a s much notice as possible.

Do I need health insurance?

No. We do not require insurance, proof of employment or paperwork of any kind.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and some form of payment (cash or check).

  • $25 per visit
  • No charge for referral services
  • Additional fees for laboratory tests. Please speak with us if you are unable to pay and we will be happy to accommodate your financial needs.

Do you only see Hispanic patients?

No, we serve anyone who is uninsured and underserved.  Our main focus is on immigrants who have difficulty finding other sources of care, but we are committed to the whole community, and we welcome all who need our services.
